If you have this error , thats probably because you are trying to do hollywood graphics using your 90s computer :) 
worry not you can switch to a medium render inside Element 3d 

Under Element Effect , Scroll down to Render mode then swap from FULL RENDER or Draft ... for good results you can use Preview also...
